ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 4-5 Weeks. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, size, and weight of your order. You will be provided with the shipping options and costs during the checkout process.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Germany: 4-5 Weeks
- European Union (EU): 5-6 Weeks
- International: 6-7 Weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays may occur due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

We use DHL as our trusted delivery carrier for all shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

For shipments within the EU, no customs duties or taxes are applicable, as the European Union operates as a single customs union.
DELIVERY ISSUES

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please make sure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, we will contact you for clarification and require an additional shipping fee for resending the item.
